One of the key figures acting with the League of Villains, and later the Paranormal Liberation Front. He is a character with a striking appearance, marked by severely burned skin, surgical staples all over his body, and a cold demeanor that suggests suppressed emotions.
He is strongly influenced by the ideology of the hero killer Stain and joins the League of Villains. However, his true identity is Toya Todoroki, the eldest son of the No. 1 hero, Endeavor, also known as Enji Todoroki.
Once, he was expected to surpass his father in power, but due to the influence of the ice constitution inherited from his mother, he could not withstand his own excessive firepower and was believed to have died in an accident during training. However, Toya survived the accident but, harboring intense feelings of being abandoned by his family and filled with despair, he reappears in the world as the ruthless villain “Dabi.”
At the root of Dabi’s ideology is an accusation against the reality that “heroes are not necessarily just,” and revenge against his father Endeavor, the source of his creation and destruction, and the hero society itself built on hypocrisy. As the story progresses, Dabi takes on the role of a “narrator” who exposes the distortions of hero society, rather than just being a villain.
The fact that his birthday is set just below his younger brother Shoto Todoroki‘s date is one of the elements that strongly impresses the fate of the Todoroki family.

Quirk: Cremation
A Quirk that manipulates blue flames. It is an ultra-high firepower type that emits high-temperature flames from the palms and soles of the feet, and its power surpasses even Endeavor’s flames. Although its long-range firepower is one of the best in the world, it is extremely burdensome because it does not suit his constitution, and he is prepared to self-destruct when fully released.

Special Moves
Most of the techniques used by Dabi are reproductions and sublimations of Endeavor’s special moves, learned independently. Although the precision does not match the original, Dabi’s body has dulled senses, so it is possible to raise the output to the limit area that the body would normally reject. In addition, since he does not consider the damage or impact on the surroundings at all, the area becomes a dangerous zone where a wide range is engulfed in blue flames when activated. However, just because his senses are dull doesn’t mean he has resistance, so his life is eroded each time he uses these techniques.
・Flashfire Fist Hell Spider
A technique that releases condensed flames from five fingers as thread-like heat rays. While Endeavor boasts high precision, Dabi’s flames are thicker and less accurate due to his self-taught nature, but the firepower is overwhelmingly higher. It is also used as a dazzle, and may be intentionally released roughly to connect to super acceleration with flames.
・Flashfire Fist Jet Burn
A technique that releases condensed flames from the fist like a jet injection at the moment of impact, burning the opponent away. It is considered a basic technique of Flashfire Fist, but the firepower of that single blow is extremely high, easily surpassing even Shoto Todoroki’s maximum firepower.
・Flashfire Fist: Prominence Burn
Endeavor‘s ultimate special move that incinerates everything with his maximum firepower. Dabi can also use it, but in the story, he was interrupted right before activating it and never actually unleashed it.
・Flashfire Fist “Phosphor”
A technique where Dabi combines the ice Quirk he awakened at the brink of death to maximize the power of his blue flames. While Shoto Todoroki can only maintain it for a short time due to the recoil on his body, Dabi can maintain a state of full-body combustion for extended periods by unconsciously cooling his interior. This method is the closest to the ideal that Endeavor sought in a successor to overcome the weakness of overheating, and ironically, Dabi was the complete form.
